Naveed Afzal Haq is the man who is charged with the July 2006 shooting at The Jewish Federation Center in Seattle, he is currently on trail and is pleading Insanity.

After watching some of the trial I’ve come to the conclusion that Naveed can not and is not criminally insane it’s impossible because……he’s to Heavy. Seriously people his size generally enjoy what they eat and drink; he looks like he goes for seconds, if this is the case than he cant be insane. If I were him and pleading insanity I would go hard with it. Here are some things Naveed that you should do if you want to seen believable

1. Stop Eating
2. Stop Drinking  (that includes your water sipping during the trial)
3. Stop Shaving
4. Stop paying attention
5. When you come inside of the courtroom lie on the floor.
6. Look around you all the time.
7. And finally Stop Sleeping  (this will benefit you the most)

Remember Naveed it’s easier to look crazy if your thin.  Oh and Stop taking showers too.

Listen I’m no New Orleans Hornets hater and I actually want them to win, but according to the way things have been going in the playoffs no team has won on the road…..so if everything goes as planned  the Hornets are going to lose.

Today during the Cavalier vs. Celtic game tonight LeBron James and Paul Pierce got tangled up during a play and ended up in the stands near the basket. And then honey mama James got up out that seat and went over there to protect her baby……and then LeBron yelled at Ms. Gloria and told her to “go sit your butt down”!! Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett separated the two of them
